US military classic baker pants.
The tag is missing, but it was made in the 1960s-70s. A rare gripper zipper type.
This type uses a back satin fabric that is unique to the old era, and has a very fine and tasteful texture, and has a certain amount of tension and thickness, yet is supple to wear.
