発送について

12時までのご注文で、最短当日発送いたします。

12時以降のご注文につきましてはご注文の翌日から起算し3営業日以内の発送となります。

 

定休日のご注文について

当店は月曜日・火曜日が定休日となります。

定休日中のご注文は翌営業日の発送となります。

例）日曜日 13時以降のご注文→水曜日の発送となります。

配送会社について

基本的にお荷物は佐川急便で発送いたします。

小型商品を単体でご注文いただいた場合のみメール便にて発送いたします。(ポスト投函となります。) 

 配送会社の指定はできかねますのでご了承ください。

日時指定について

お会計画面にて配送日時の指定が可能です。

配達時間のご指定…お会計画面にて選択ください。

※日付指定について

ご注文日から【5日後以降】のお日にちが選択可能です。

最短のお届け、またはそれ以前のお届けをご希望の場合、日時指定をせずにご注文ください。

配送料について

33,000円以上は送料無料にて全国配送承っております。

33,000円未満の金額の場合、全国一律980円 でお送りいたします。

※離島・沖縄県除く

 メール便対象の小型商品は全国一律250円で配送いたします。（沖縄・離島含む）

※宅配便の離島・沖縄県への送料は別途計算しお知らせいたします。

※ウェスタンブーツ、大型商品、高重量商品に関しては送料無料・一律送料の適用外となる場合がございます。

別途当店からご連絡を差し上げる場合がございます。

国際発送｜International Shipping

Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days, including the day the order was placed.

Please note that we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Orders placed during these holidays will be processed and shipped starting from the next business day.

Example: Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Sunday will be shipped on Wednesday.

We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Fees

All international orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your package.

If you would like to check the shipping fee for a specific item, you can use the shipping calculator available on each product page.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer (recipient) and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

*How to Use "SimplyDuty"

1. Set the Locations

  • Importing from: Select "Japan".
  • Importing to: Select your delivery country.

2. Enter Product Details

  • In the "Product description" field, enter the type of item in English.Example: "Bag" for bags, "Cosmetics" for beauty products.
  • A drop-down menu will appear with specific categories (HS Codes). Please select the one that best matches your item.

3. Enter the Value

  • Product value: Enter the price of the item.
  • Product Quantity: Usually, you can leave this as "1".

4. Shipping & Insurance (Optional but Recommended)

  • Entering the "Shipping cost" will provide a more accurate calculation (based on CIF value). You can leave it blank for a rough estimate.

5. Calculate

  • Finally, click the "Calculate Duty & Tax" button at the bottom.
