These are American-made DEAD STOCK BDU pants that have been used by the U.S. military for over 30 years since the early 1980s.
BDU is an abbreviation for "Battle Dress Uniform". All the various cargo pants that we see on a daily basis are based on this BDU cargo pants.

RIPSTOP is a high-strength material developed in the United States during World War II that is made of cotton and polyester woven into a lattice pattern, and its lattice pattern is distinctive.
